Pros: Nice organization, many loops in different styles, good quality

Lukecage sure knows his hip-hop. Produced by Lukecage and manufactured by Advanced Music Group, this package provides you with over 500 loops in the hip-hop style.
Organization of CD: The nice thing about how AMG organizes their tracks is they actually organize them, which is welcoming. The layout of this CD is great. The CD is orgnaized into 78 different tracks by folders. They break each of the tracks into a few different loops, a drump loop, a bass loop, a melodic loop (which contains a number of instruments together to make a melody), and then finally a fully mixed loop of the previous 3. If you want something that is easy to do, you can just put the 3 together and you have a 16 measure song. Although, adding more loops from other tracks makes it sound a lot more creative, and is still very easy to do.
Naming of the loops: They did a nice job with the naming aspect. It is hard to come by both great organization and great naming. The loops are named "Track name Bass", "Track name Drums", etc. The one draw back to this CD is that they do not show you the BPM in the loop name itself, only the folder name.
Tempo variation: The tempos of the package range from 78 to 120 BPM, which is pretty standard. Most tracks are in the middle of the two numbers at about 90-100 BPM. Pretty basic hip-hop tempos.
Sound quality: The sound quality is just what you expect from a loop CD. It is pretty normal, except I did find one abnormality. Some of the tracks have an "old school" feel to them with some needle pops, etc. This is not a down side to the package at all. To me it makes it seem a little more authentic. Overall a nice touch that you don't see too often.
Overall usefulness: If you are into hip-hop (old school mostly) this is definately a good purchase for you. All of the melody tracks are pretty inspiring and kind of act as a gateway for the rest of the song. It makes it really easy to add on to it.
Verdict: Go buy it! If old school hip-hop is your thing, you won't regret it. Another great production by Advanced Media Group and Lukecage!
