"You are free to use all the samples on these CDs for your own personal enjoyment, however if you intend to use them on ANY COMMERCIAL project a licence for their use must be obtained from AMG prior to release. All requests for licence information should be made by fax to AMG on UK +(0)1252 737044 or by phone on UK +(0)1252 717333. In some cases, such as for jingle producers, AMG can agree standard licence terms for usage in advance to ensure that this requirement does not hinder your ability to use these samples effectively. We are sorry that we have to make this condition but it was the only means by which we could persuade the singers involved to agree to undertake this project. You have a valuable resource at your fingertips and if you have a commercial success using any of these samples you should not begrudge the singer whose performance has helped you their fair share. Standard copyright conditions also apply as usual. If you do not wish to accept these terms please return this CD with it's seal intact to your supplier for a refund or exchange. By breaking the seal you are agreeing to abide by these terms."

Additionally you should know that CD2 on each volume is completely licence free and that no fee will be necessarily payable, providing the sample does not constitute a major part of the musical idea upon which the track is based any licence fee should be fairly nominal. Only if the vocal is a major hook in a commercial release that could almost justify part of the composition/publishing with any significant licence be due. In these cases this may also be significantly offset if suitable credits are given. The whole purpose of this licence is to protect the singers on the CD and session singers in general.
