What is your shipping policy?
A lot of companies on the web today offer free shipping. But they also tend to increase the price to more then cover this "discount". At Scaleri's Boutique we don't play games like that with our customer. We offer the most honest pricing for our products. These shipping prices are valid for more then 90% of our products. In some cases however the dimensions or weight of an item will lead to a higher shipping price then listed here. Your shipping charge will be presented to you before check out is complete.

We reserve the option to change shipping for orders from one service to another. This could be done for any number of reasons from speed of shipping to the fact that there are territories that one will ship to and the other will not. ie FedEx doesn't ship to PO. Boxes. These shipping times reflect time in transit after shipping not time from order. Certain events will keep your order from processing as fast, such as incorrect billing information. When orders are placed towards the end of the day they will not be able to be shipped the same day. From the moment you place your order, it usually ships out within 24 to 48 hours. Once your order is shipped there will be a tracking number generated that we will email to you so that you may track your package and know when it will arrive to you.

What is your return policy?
Customers will receive a full credit to their account for the price of the returned merchandise, excluding shipping charges, credits will be issued on unworn merchandise postmarked back to us within 14 business days of receiving the items. All returned merchandise must be unmarked with original tags attached and packaging Included. Hosiery may not be returned if packaging has been opened.
We do not accept returns for soiled or washed merchandise.
We are not responsible for lost packages in the mailing system.
